Initial Workshop held in Cambridge

An initial workshop on the Bible and World War 1 was held in St John's College Cambridge on September 7-8 2015. Presentations were given by Prof. Michael Snape (Durham) on The Bible, the British, and the First World War, Prof. Suzanne Marchand (Louisiana State) on The Great War and the Ancient World, and Dr Andrew Mein (Cambridge) on The Mobilization of Biblical Scholarship.

The workshop was made possible by the generous support of the Master and Fellows of St John's College.
